1 Commissions and Bank’s
expenses listed in this Section are debited to the card account. If
a commission rate is denominated in Russian Rubles whereas a card
account is maintained in US dollars or in Euro, the respective
amount’s equivalent shall be debited to the card account at
exchange rate quoted by the Bank.
2 The commission is void
for the main card with the card account in roubles if at the moment
of issue/reissue of the card the holder has placed in the Bank
money in the fixed deposit or is the borrower under any credit
contract made with the Bank.
3 Comission is paid once
prior to giving the card out.
4 The rate of reimbursement
of the Bank’s actual expenses is less than RUR 3000.
