General Provisions

1. All commission rates are indicated including VAT.
2. The Bank shall charge rent commission at a double rate in case the agreement on an individual safe box rent or any addendum thereto stipulates special conditions of the users’ access to the box subject to the Bank’s control (dates or periods of authorized access, group access of several users, additional terms of authorized access beside the Power of Attorney, etc.).
3. The Bank’s commissions are collected in Rubles at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia as of the day when they are levied.
4. These Terms and Conditions may be altered or amended by the Bank at any time without prior notification of the clients.

Fine for keys return failure equals RUR 3000 including VAT and should be paid in Rubles at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia as of the day of payment.

The tenant shall reimburse the Bank’s damages incurred as a result of improper usage of the safe box or safe equipment at the actual cost or at the Bank’s reimbursement rates.
