If a card is lost or it is suspected that its PIN number has become known to another person, it is necessary to call UniCredit Bank immediately at (+7 495) 956-36-36 (24-hour a day) to block the card. Any oral message must be confirmed in writing to the Bank within three banking days.

If a card is lost abroad, its holder may use emergency assistance for:

  • urgent (within 48 hours) replacement of a lost or stolen card
  • cash collection to the equivalent of 2000 U.S. dollars (provided that such an amount is available on the card account)
