UniCredit Bank provides a RUB 450 million facility for Arnest

Stavropol Branch of AO UniCredit Bank and OJSC Arnest have signed a 450 million ruble 5-year credit facility agreement. The funds will be used to finance the project on purchasing equipment to manufacture of aerosol aluminium cans that will allow the Group to produce cans without foreign vendors.

According to the import substitution state strategy developed in the framework of the program “The development of industry and increase of its competitiveness" the part of interest rate on the loan amounted to 70% of the CBR Key Rate will be subsidized.

Manufacture is carried out at several industrial platforms: OJSC Arnest (Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol Region), LLC Aerosol Novomoskovsk (Novomoskovsk, Tula Region) and LLC “Alumar” (Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol Territory) that produces aluminium rondels with use of modern technologies, raw materials and materials on the equipment of leading world manufacturers.
