Dear customers, partners and colleagues,

Your health and well-being is our top priority. Over the past few weeks, the whole world has had to start living a new reality as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is causing many difficulties for both individuals and companies. During this uncertain time, we want to assure you that it is our utmost priority to make sure we continue to best serve our clients while protecting the health of both employees and customers.

Security in our offices

We have taken decisive actions to guarantee service coverage for clients while protecting the health of both employees and customers. In line with the latest recommendations from the government to limit the number of personal contacts, our branches and operational offices have temporarily switched to a new regime. We encourage all clients to leverage on our remote banking services where possible to minimise branch visits. If you still need to visit the bank, we ask you to respect social distancing of at least one and a half meters between yourself and any bank employee as well as with any other clients that may be present.

We kindly invite you to use medical masks when visiting all departments and communicating with the bank employees.

As per the recommendations of the health authorities, we are also providing protection to all employees working in the branches, including masks, gloves and the ability to work in rotation. In addition, all rooms are regularly disinfected.

Business continuity

We are actively working to make sure that all basic banking services are accessible through remote channels, and our customers continue to be served with a flexible and individual approach, taking into account existing restrictions.

We remind you that transactions can be made in a simple, fast and safe way using the Internet and mobile banking for both private customers and legal entities.

We also strongly recommend connecting to our mobile banking services for those customers who have not yet done so. Our employees are always available to help you and answer your questions through the Information Center: 8 800 700 10 20.

For many years, we have been a reliable financial partner to our customers, and now, more than ever, we remain fully committed to helping you preserve everything that matters to you. Our Bank will promptly respond to the recommendations of the Authorities to help resolve the difficulties of impacted borrowers, given the impact of the present circumstances on normal activities and on the financial situation of many private customers as well as small, medium and large companies.

Today, a significant part of our employees are working remotely and, as mentioned, the Bank is providing protection to colleagues whose work requires presence at the office in order to minimise the risk of infection.

In particular, the Bank maintains a high level of capital in line with all the strictest standards of the regulator. At the end of 2019, the Bank’s capital exceeded 213 billion rubles, and the capital adequacy ratio N1 increased significantly to 17.9%, far exceeding the required level by the regulator.
