In this regard the following changes have been made to the work schedule of branches, additional and operational offices:

• From 08.07.2020, the Bank's branch, additional offices in Saint-Petersburg as well as operating office in Arkhangelsk will serve retail and SME customers according to a new schedule.
• From 16.07.2020, the Bank’s additional offices in Moscow “Myasnitskaya” and “Zvenigorodsky”, as well as “Sennaya Ploschad” in Saint-Petersburg resume their work.
• From 22.07.2020, the Bank’s additional office “Palladium” in Ekaterinburg does not temporarily serve retail customers. Customers renting safe deposit boxes can use the depository by appointment via the Information Center.

UniCredit Bank is kindly asking the clients to take precautions - use medical masks, do not enter offices in case of a queue, and to respect the distance of more than one and a half meter both between the client and the Bank employee, and between other clients in the operating room as well as while performing operations using self-service devices.
