UniCredit Bank has a new mortgage programme Gospodderzhka 2020 with a fixed rate of 5.9% per annum. The programme applies to the purchase of an apartment under construction or a ready-made apartment from a developer.
The size of the loan ranges from 700 thousand to 8 million rubles in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and up to 3 million rubles in other regions. The minimum down payment is 30% of the apartment cost, with the loan term being up to 30 years.
Under the terms of the programme, it is necessary to obtain home insurance after the state registration of ownership.
"We know that the point of acquiring housing always remain relevant. In view of this, we have recently improved the conditions related to our main mortgage programmes, and now we are launching a programme with state support at the rate of 5.9%. The conditions are as simple and attractive as possible. The rate is fixed and valid for the entire term of the loan. We are sure that the new programme will be an excellent choice for customers who are planning to buy a new apartment," said Mikhail Povaliy, a Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank.
The application for the programme is possible until November 1, 2020.

The programme is implemented following Decree No. 566 dated April 23, 2020 set forth by the Government of the Russian Federation "On Approving the Rules for Compensation to Credit and Other Organizations of Income Losses on Mortgage Loans Granted to Russian Citizens in 2020".
