UniCredit Bank is ranked among the best top 5 mobile banking applications for iOS
Mobile application of UniCredit Bank Mobile.UniCredit was ranked the 5th among the best banking applications for iOS according to a new survey "Mobile banking for smartphones" released by the consulting and auditing company Deloitte.
As a specific of the UniCredit Bank’s mobile application in the survey was noted that it is one of the leaders in dealing with deposits and cards.
"This is the second ranking in a short time, when our application takes a high place, and for us it is an important achievement, since the development of remote services for clients is one of the priorities of the Bank's retail business, - said Ivan Matveev, Member of the Board, Head of the Retail of UniCredit Bank. - We are carefully studying such ratings and customer reviews of our applications in order to improve our services and continue to develop in accordance with the requirements of the time."
In the survey "Mobile banking for smartphones" was analyzed 21 applications as of June 27, 2016. Mobile banks were estimated by more than 60 parameters, combined in six key blocks (general information and accessing, usability, payments and transfers, deposits and debit cards, loans and credit cards, additional features). For each parameter were determined assessments from 1 to 5 points, and to calculate the final evaluation was used two-tier system of weighing indicators.
Earlier Markswebb Rank & Report research agency also released an annual survey of the mobile banking applications for Russian banks' clients, in which UniCredit Bank applications were ranked among the top-10 best applications.
