In 2017, UniCredit Bank joined the list of the best employers in Russia and Europe. For the fifth time the Top Employers Institute, an international certification company, which provides recognition to organizations that create a competitive advantage relying on human capital, awards UniCredit Bank the status of Top Employer.

The certificate confirms that UniCredit Bank complies with the highest standards in Human Resources management, it is also confirmed by the high level of engagement and satisfaction of employees. As a result of People Survey 2016, the engagement index of employees at UniCredit Bank reached 89%.

There are quite a lot of factors that are taken into account during the Top Employer assessment process, that is also why only 14 companies in Russia were granted the Top Employer certificate.

Since 1991, the Top Employers Institute has recognized the best practices in Human Resources management at the international level. Certification Programs focusing on HR facts allow to identify and draw attention to the best employers around the world.

The first step in the certification process is participation in the HR Best Practices Survey - a comprehensive review of internal HR processes in nine different areas and more than 600 HR-practices. Then the audit process starts that includes a critical review of the responses and internal documents of participants in comparison with international practices.
