On May 18, 2021, Frank RG announced the results of the survey Private Banking in Russia and held the awarding ceremony Frank Private Banking Award 2021. UniCredit Bank was awarded in the category Best Private Banking Customer Service in Russia for the third time in a row.

Frank RG analyzed 14 Private Banking programs of 13 Russian banks. The number of target clients of Private Banking in Russia (people whose financial assets amount to more than $1 million) at the end of 2020 amounted to 41 thousand people.
