New ability to remotely reset your password from the mobile and internet-bank

UniCredit Bank has added a new ability to recover password from online bank Enter.UniCredit and mobile application Mobile.UniCredit. Now, when logging in Enter.UniCredit or Mobile.UniCredit customers are asked to select a security question. The answer will help, if in the future forgotten password recovery is needed.

After choosing a security question (it can also be a control word or date), you will need to enter a session key. You can also disable remote password recovery. Current protection of remote password recovery can be seen and replaced in Enter.UniCredit or Mobile.UniCredit in the left menu under «Additional protective measures».

To recover your password, at mobile and internet-bank login page you need to click on the link «Forgot username or password». In the opened window you will need to enter your passport number and date of birth, and the system will ask for the answer to a security question. Then you need to enter a one-time validation code for password reset, which will come in the SMS and after that — a temporary password (also comes in SMS).

A temporary password must be changed to permanent one. It can be used both in internet-bank Enter.UniCredit and in mobile application Mobile.UniCredit.
