UniCredit Bank Makes It to TOP-3 for Customer Service and Banking Quality
At year-end 2018, UniCredit Bank ranked second in the People’s Ranking of Banks published by Banki.ru information portal improving its rank by two positions as compared to 2017. The ranking based on website visitors’ feedback regarding customer service and banking quality.
“One of our fundamental principles is personalized and customer-oriented approach. Hence, we lay special emphasis on our customers’ feedback and comments. We have improved our rank in the annual People’s Ranking contest by 25 positions since 2014. This progress is thanks to continuous upgrading of our products, services, internal processes, and many other aspects, which boosted the number of positive comments, but prompt and thorough work with critical comments received from our customers was equally important, says Ivan Matveev, Member of the Management Board, Head of Retail Banking of UniCredit Bank. Apart from Banki.ru web portal, our employees provide expedient support via all available communication channels: phone, mobile app, Internet Bank, and social media. This is appreciated both by the customers of the Bank and by market experts: thus, we were named as the Most Customer-Oriented Bank by the Financial University at the end of last year”.
UniCredit Bank is a regular member of the “top echelon” of 50 banks on Banki.Ru web portal with the largest number of recorded comments over the last 365 days. Over the course of 2018, the Bank received around 900 comments that were processed virtually in full. This enabled UniCredit Bank to secure a rating score of 58.6 points.
