On June 24, 2019, Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) affirmed AO UniCredit Bank the credit rating of AAA (RU), the highest level of creditworthiness on the national scale, the outlook is "Stable".

The credit rating of UniCredit Bank is determined by the following factors: a high likelihood of receiving, if necessary, support from the shareholder, the high level of UniCredit Bank’s stand-alone creditworthiness, strong business profile, significant loss absorption buffer, adequate risk profile assessment, and strong liquidity position.
