AO UniCredit Bank acted as one of the Mandated Lead Arrangers and Passport Bank under the pre-export financing via a syndicated loan in the amount of up to USD 350 million secured by JSC “Siberian Anthracite”. The pool of lenders comprised top Russian and foreign banks. The loan has a tenor of up to 8 years and its proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes as well as investment activities financing.

“Siberian Anthracite” is  global leading miner and exporter of Ultra High Grade (UHG) anthracite. The company possesses a long experience of independent exploration and development of coal deposits and provides more than 2,200 jobs. Key manufacturing facilities of the company are located in Iskitimsky District of Novosibirsk Region.
