UniCredit Bank Earns the Financial University’s Award in the Category ‘The Most Customer-Oriented Bank’
The award ceremony of the Financial University’s Quality of Life Award took place on the first day of the Fifth International Forum ‘How to Break into the Top Five of the Leading World Economies?’. AO UniCredit Bank became the winner in the category ‘The Most Customer-Oriented Bank’.
The winners received commemorative prizes from Mikhail Eskindarov, Rector of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
“Focus on customers has been among the core pillars of UniCredit Bank’s approach to business since it was founded”, says Mikhail Alekseev, Chairman of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank. “We are continuously working to enhance the service quality for our customers, both in corporate and retail segments. We are conducting surveys, monitoring our positions in independent rankings, and working with customer feedback. Therefore we are particularly glad to receive yet another proof of our achievements in this area from one of the best national universities – the Financial University”.
The award ceremony took place for the third time. Last year, AO UniCredit Bank was also named among the winners in the category ‘The Most Modern Bank’. The award was established in 2016 to encourage financial and other institutions to improve the service quality for customers and municipal administrations to improve the living standards of the population. The winners were selected using the results of public opinion polls on the quality of financial services and living standards in towns and cities.
