Starting from August 1, UniCredit Bank suspends acceptance of applications under the Mortgage State Support Program 2020. The decision is due to the depletion of limit allocated by the operator of the state support program – DOM.RF.

For all applications received from clients before July 31 inclusive, the terms of the program are preserved. Clients can sign the documents and get the loan while the positive decision on the application is valid, the cutoff is October, 30.

Buying an apartment in the primary market is still possible under the program "Mortgage at 6%" for families with children and "Novostroyka" at the rate of 7.4% per annum. It is possible to get the loan already from the start of sales.
