On January 29, 2020, Frank RG announced the results of the survey Private Banking in Russia 2019. UniCredit Bank was awarded in the category Best Private Banking Customer Service in Russia.

The main stages of the survey were conducted in the period from October through December 2019. Frank RG analyzed performance of 11 banks operating in Russia. The survey included the following methods: desk research; expert interviews with heads of Private Banking divisions, heads of investment teams, and senior private bankers; online survey of HNW and UHNW clients; benchmark research; collection and analysis of tariffs for Private Banking products and services.
